Deposit from the counter party (bank and another brokers)
Client can deposit or withdrawal non-physical stock from the counter party. Our company will process the instruction on that day if it is taken before 11:30am. Instruction received after 11:30am will process on next working day.
1. Client need to remind the counter party to handle the settlement instruction and provide our CCASS information to them.

No handling fee for deposit non-physical stock
The transfer of non-physical stock is limited to accounts with the same name only. It may involve handling charges. Please contact your bank/broker for more details.
The deposit non-physical stock process will be completed within 3-5 working days.
Physical Stock Deposit/ Withdrawal
- Filled and signed the Request for Securities Withdrawal
- Original Physical Stocks and Filled and signed the Request for Securities Withdrawal form send to Settlement department by email or Whatsapp
- Having sold the physical deposited stock, client need to wait 10-12 working days (starting from the day of stock deposit to HKSCC) for withdraw the selling amount.
- The physical stock process will be completed within 3-5 working days. Client can pick up the physical stock with Original《Request for Securities Withdrawal Form 》and your ID card for pick up.
*The holder of the physical stock must be the same holder of the stock account; if the physical stock is registered in the name of the agent, proof of the Beneficial Owner of the physical stock is required.
