Corporate Account (Hong Kong)

• Company directors and authorized signatories who are interested in opening account should bring the following documents to our office. If the documents are complete, it will take 2-3 working days for your account to be opened.

Required Documents:

• Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate;
• Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
• Certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association;
• The latest company annual report or the (if newly established company) Incorporation Form (Company Limited by Shares) saved in the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
• Company structure chart confirmed and signed by Company Directors
• HKID Card(s) or Passport(s) of all directors, shareholders and authorized person(s)
• Proof of residential address of all directors, shareholders and authorized person(s) (within the latest 3 months) such as public utilities bills
• Certified copy of Annual Return (if any);

Other forms and required documents:

• Filled and signed the Corporate Account Opening Form
• Bearing your name identical to your identity documents and your signature identical to the signature shown on the Account Opening Form.
• Completed Self-Certification Form – Entity (and Self-Certification Form – Controlling Person, if any)
• Filled W8-BEN-E or W8-IMY Form (or W8-BEN Form, if any);

Please bring the above documents (Original/ Copies) and company chop to our office to open an account.
Certified by other persons: certified public accountant, lawyer, notary public, a JP (Justice of the Peace), chartered secretary or the licensed or registered person by SFC. (If you are looking for an overseas intermediary for certification, the company will comply in substance with a recognised jurisdiction.)

Once the account is approved, you’ll receive your confirmation letter, Account number and password for trading platform through email.

• A certificate of incumbency or equivalent issued by the company’s registered agent in the place of incorporation (with Proof of Good record) – The issue date should be within 6 months
• Certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association;
• Company structure chart confirmed and signed by Company Directors;
• Director’s certificate;
• Register of shareholders;
• ID Card(s) or Passport(s) of all directors, shareholders and authorized person(s);
• Proof of residential address of all directors, shareholders and authorized person(s) (within the latest 3 months) such as public utilities bills
• Certified copy of Annual Return (if any);
